Today, I’m excited to share the good news about some new “tacos”. Over the years, Mexican inspired foods and drinks have grown exponentially (especially) here in the U.S. Seven in ten surveyed households use Mexican food/ingredients in meals prepared at home. Tortillas and salsa are the most popular Mexican foods. The category as a whole represents a $52 billion market. Forecast shows sales will grow to a shocking $63 billion. Mucho dinero. As you already know, Fresh Squeezed Living is all about sharing a fun serving of food, fitness, healthy lifestyle and relaxation ideas with busy professionals.
Nevertheless, millions of other Americans love for the exciting flavors of Mexican inspired entrees has caused the influx and success of numerous local and national restaurants chains such as Chipotle, On The Border and many more.
I was thrilled to discover recently that not all “tacos” are created equal. (Don’t worry you will not ruin your diet or bust open the calorie bank with a few of these “tacos“.) Can you believe that “tacos” can be good for us and even fun? These “tacos” may even make us just a little wiser as well. Muy bueno!
Enjoy!
