Soft Shrimp Taco With Pineapple Mandarin Salsa

I just had to share this recipe with everyone.  This is truly one of my favorite treats to "splurge" on (calorie wise).  I don't splurge often, but I reserve a few days a year for such things as this shrimp taco.  I hope you fall in love with it as well.  Let me know how yours turn out.  Enjoy!!
